“Correct information destruction procedures have become increasingly important in light of Data Protection and society’s general concerns about the appropriate management of confidential information.”

Miller Recycling Corporations Security Division, Northeast Data Destruction offers total coverage for all sectors of industry and commerce, for the removal and destruction of office papers and highly sensitive confidential material.

Complete certified destruction of your Confidential Documents. Various sized locked and secure wheeled containers are available, ranging in size from 50 gallon to 96 gallons. We will then provide the service of exchanging these containers using our own courteous, certified, bonded and insured employees, and professionally maintained and GPS tracked vehicles.

Your material will remain in these locked containers until it is offloaded and secured at our processing facility. This location is fully monitored using an internet based camera system, and a swipe card entry system. Our camera system will allow you the ability to witness the destruction of your material without ever leaving your office.

Your company will also have complete access to your processing documents, allowing you the ability to view payment records as well as weight processed, and date and time your material was destroyed. A Certified Certificate of Destruction will also be supplied for each lot processed.

"Searching through bins is not unusual. Most firms deny such tactics but private investigators acting on their own initiative are often accused of having 'gone too far'. Security shredding of commercially sensitive waste can help prevent your business losing valuable information."

We already have the confidence of many Banks, Government Departments, Local Authorities, Security Agents, Utilities, Legal Practitioners and Accountancy Firms from whom we collect confidential waste at source and provide a fully traceable path of destruction.

Compared with any other method of destruction and disposal, security shredding has the least harmful impact on the environment and actually contributes towards sound environmental policies.

All shredded material is recycled by paper mills and used in the manufacture of a wide variety of products from tissues and paper towels to high quality printing papers.
